About Bad-Tenant.org

Welcome to Bad-Tenant.org, the first and foremost website specifically designed for landlords.  This is created by a landlord for all landlords. It does not matter if you are renting a basement suite or a 1,000 unit complex. This site will allow you to avoid bad tenants all for free.

This all started when a tenant left in the middle of the night with out paying rent. I wanted a way for the world to know that they were a bad tenant. I did not want someone else getting stuck with this bad tenant. I wanted to make it difficult for them to find a new place to stay.

Bad-Tenant is the only free website in the world to provide a direct exchange of information between landlords. Using our "do it yourself" facility you can add bad tenants or check on tenants directly without the need for third parties. When adding bad tenants, the information that you input becomes available to all members. Their information in turn becomes available to you.
